Backoffice Employee (gn) Social Media - Direct Placement
Currently looking for a job? We are seeking a Backoffice Employee for the Social Media department in direct placement for our customer in Berlin-Charlottenburg. (No temporary work)
In this position, you will significantly contribute to ensuring the quality and security of our customer's online presence in the telecommunications sector. Through your careful moderation of content, you will foster a positive user experience and strengthen trust in our customer's digital platforms.
Our offer to you: No direct customer contact; edit contents without calls or emails
2400 € basic salary + 278 € provision + shift allowance

Internal opportunities for advancement
This is what you'll be doing: Content review : Reviewing user-generated posts, comments, and media content on our social media platforms to ensure that they comply with community guidelines and company standards
Removal of inappropriate content : Identifying and removing content that violates our guidelines, such as hate speech, violence, or spam, to ensure a safe and respectful online environment
Documented offenses : Creating reports on recurring offenses and trends to support the continuous improvement of our moderation guidelines and processes
Collaboration with internal teams: Close collaboration with other departments, such as community management and legal department, to make consistent moderation decisions and effectively address emerging issues.
Staying up-to-date : Following current developments, trends, and potential risks in the social media sector to proactively respond to new challenges
This is what you bring: Good German and English skills : As you will daily review and evaluate content in both languages, these language skills are essential. They also facilitate communication with international colleagues and promote effective teamwork.
Analytical skills : You can objectively evaluate content and make quick, well-founded decisions
Teamwork ability : You appreciate collaboration in an international setting and communicate effectively with colleagues from various departments
Availability for duty : You are willing to work shifts that include early morning, late evening, and night shifts. Your workweek consists of five days, including weekend work, which is required on average two weekends per month
