Backoffice Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

You take care of making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, keep track of many small tasks and make sure others feel comfortable? Then we're looking forward to getting to know you! We are seeking support in part-time (15-25 hours / week).

Your Tasks

As a Backoffice Manager (m/w/d), you will be a central point of contact in office daily life and contribute significantly to a pleasant working atmosphere. You ensure that everything is where it should be – and everyone feels comfortable there.

Organization & Orders

• You take care of all kinds of orders: beverages, coffee, bread rolls and office supplies
• You organize purchases and keep track of everything
• You arrange for catering at internal events (including a small survey)

Office with Well-being Factor

• You take care of order and cleanliness in the kitchen, office, and common areas
• You clean the refrigerator and wash dishes? Done.
• You empty the dishwasher? That's part of it.
• If something breaks, you organize maintenance or replacement
• You decorate the office for holidays and make it a bit nicer overall

• You arrange gifts for birthdays, weddings & co.
• You process mail and take it out occasionally
