Main responsibilities: - Operational management of commercial practices following the sale contract signature - Insertion and monitoring of new vehicle orders in management systems - Verification and completion of contractual documentation, with attention to missing or incorrect points that may compromise incentives or economic conditions - Management of registration practices, VAT relief, Law 104, state incentives, and eco-bonus - Coordination with salespeople for information alignment and external suppliers for bureaucratic practices - Punctual control of deadlines and conditions to ensure correct commercial and administrative flow - Proactive activity in resolving errors, recovering missing documents, and optimizing internal flows. Skills and experience: The ideal candidate is a precise, dynamic person with excellent organizational skills: - Diploma or degree, preferably in economic or administrative fields - Previous experience in back-office commercial roles, preferably in the automotive sector or structured environments - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors independently - Familiarity with administrative practices, incentive management, and fiscal norms related to the automotive sector - Good mastery of main digital and management tools - Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude - Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and precision orientation.
