Position objective

Offer efficient follow-up in a timely manner to new and active service requests, as well as maintain effective communication regarding required adjustments or updates.

What you will do:

• Solicitations of changes by CRM: Execute the requested changes of van/anfi through the CRM change system, if a requested change does not go through this form it should not be performed.
• Modifications / creations of routes: Resolve tickets raised by the logistics team through the CRM.
• Scheduling of Timetables: Execute in the system the service plans that are having weekly changes
• Sending itineraries in corresponding communication channels
• Management and administration of direct communication groups with clients
• Handling confidential information
