Back/Middle Office (Multi-Family Office)

The resource will be responsible for operational activities related to managing client portfolios and daily office operations; specifically, it will be responsible for the following activities: - Entry of financial transactions related to clients (data entry). - Reconciliation of accounts and positions. - Verification of data accuracy and movements. - Operational support in administrative portfolio management. - Interaction with intermediaries and counterparties for operational aspects. - Support in organizing office activities. - Preparation of presentations and support in organizing events. - Response to calls and emails. - Diploma or degree. - Previous experience in Back/Middle Office roles matured at Banks/SIM/SGR - Competence in financial data analysis and use of technological tools. - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. - Attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail. Multi-Family Office with international exposure, specialized in providing personalized consulting and innovative solutions to families (HNWIs) and PMI. - Indefinite contract. - CCNL Commercio, Remuneration commensurate with previous experience. - Restaurant ticket.
