Baker (w/m/d)

Employment Type: Temporary / Seasonal Contract

• Preparing sourdoughs with old grain varieties
• Production of white bread using kombucha yeasts
• Baking sourdough breads
• Assisting in the development of new recipes
• Creative contribution to the expansion of our bread assortment
• Production of Danish pastries and small baked goods for breakfast
• Coordination and purchasing of baked goods
• Incorporating baking creations in coordination with our kitchen philosophy
• Adherence to hygiene standards
• Careful handling of machines and work equipment

• Experience in 5***** hotel industry desirable
• Baking apprenticeship/qualification
• Experience in a comparable position
• Resilience and flexibility
• Creativity
• Well-groomed appearance

• 6 or 5 day week
• Performance-related pay with willingness to overpay
• Holiday and Christmas bonus
