For our bakery in Brüggen-Lüttelbracht, we are looking for a Baker / Head Baker (m/w/d) in full-time employment from the next possible date to work in our production area and be responsible for the daily management of our bakery. Your tasks will include planning and organizing production, managing inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will also be responsible for training and supervising junior staff members. In addition, you will contribute to the development of new products and recipes, as well as participate in marketing and sales activities.
