**Required Skills:**
Backend Software Engineer, Manus Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, operations, infrastructure) to build high-performance, scalable backend services using Golang to support core AI product features
2. Design, develop, and optimize APIs (RESTful and gPRC) ensuring efficient frontend-backend interactions
3. Participate in system architecture design to ensure stability, reliability, and scalability at enterprise scale
4. Handle large-scale data flows and optimize distributed systems for peak performance
5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
6. Implement custom user interfaces using latest programming techniques and technologies
7. Develop reusable software components for interfacing with back-end platforms
8. Analyze and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance
9. Lead complex technical or product efforts and provide technical guidance to peers
10. Architect efficient and scalable systems that drive complex applications
11. Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
12. Work on a variety of coding languages and technologies
13. Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with in-depth end-to-end understanding
**Minimum Qualifications:**

14. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
15. 7+ years of backend development experience with demonstrated expertise in Golang
16. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and service orchestration tools (gRPC, Kubernetes)
17. Proficiency in database design, optimization, and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
18. Hands-on experience with distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching technologies (Redis)
19. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies
20. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices
**Preferred Qualifications:**

21. Previous experience in backend development for AI, ML, or SaaS products
22. Experience with payment processing systems, financial transactions, or fintech applications
23. Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

25. Experience working in international, distributed teams
26. Contributions to open-source projects or technical community involvement
27. Experience with performance optimization and large-scale system design
28. Experience designing, analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
29. Experience owning a component, feature or system
30. Experience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability
31. Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes
32. Exposure to architectural patterns of large scale software applications
33. Experience in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java
34. Track record of setting technical direction for a team, driving consensus and successful cross-functional partnerships
