Backend Developer / Technology-Open Fullstack Developer (m/w/d)

Focus Python & APIs – but open to new technologies

We are looking for a modern developer who can program, understands technologies, and has fun designing solutions with Product Owner and Project Management that create real added value for our users.

If you enjoy using modern tools (including KI-Assistants), quickly learning new technologies, and thinking in a grown but agile environment with the team, then you're at the right place.

You develop backend functionalities (Python, REST APIs, SQL) and support occasionally in frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
The focus is not on a specific language, but on your ability to understand problems, solve them cleanly, and use modern methods.

You work closely with our Product Owner, other developers, and departments to shape requirements – not just implement them.

Aufgaben

Backend (ca. 70%)
  •  Development and further development of backend logic and APIs
  •  Working with Python 3.x and Flask (or willingness to learn)
  •  Integration of external and internal REST interfaces
  •  Working with SQL Server / Azure SQL (queries, stored procedures)

Frontend (ca. 30%)
  •  Support with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
  •  Maintenance of existing UI components (Vanilla JS or Web Components)

Zusätzlich wichtig:
  •  You think with. You develop requirements together with Product Owner & PM.
  •  You understand users. You want to know why a feature is needed.
  •  You use modern tools. KI-supported code reviews, debugging, testing & refactoring.
  •  You are technology-open. Python as the basis – but no fear of new frameworks.
  •  You communicate actively. You bring in ideas, explain technical connections simply.

Qualifikation

• Very good programming knowledge (Python preferred, but not mandatory)
