Job description
Your Tasks
- Development and maintenance of backend services and APIs in Python
- Further development of a web interface for administration and evaluation
- Authentication and authorizations, e.g., via Single Sign-on
- Operation, monitoring, and scaling of servers under Linux
- Security audits, hardening, and automated tests
- Documentation and code reviews
What you bring
- Several years of professional experience with Python in productive web services, e.g., with FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Experience with databases and REST interfaces
- Linux, containers, and CI/CD in everyday use
- Good understanding of web application security, e.g., according to OWASP
- Experience with OAuth 2.0 or OpenID Connect, preferably with Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with AI-powered software development, AI Coding Assistants, or Agentic Development (e.g., Claude Code or Codex)
- A very efficient, independent way of working and a desire for pace and responsibility
