Backend Developer (m/w/d) PHP - Symfony - Perl

Tasks

• Development and optimization of modern backend systems based on PHP / Symfony
• Further development of existing Perl components
• Design and implementation of REST APIs for binding internal and external systems
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and code quality
• Tight collaboration with frontend developers, DevOps, and project management

Qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience in backend development with PHP (ideally Symfony framework)
• Familiarity or experience with Perl is advantageous
• Safe handling of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Experience with version control (Git) and ideally Docker / CI/CD
• Analytical thinking, structured work style, and team spirit
