Backend Developer (m/w/d) - C# / .NET Core

We develop modern solutions in the Automotive sector and rely on current technologies and Microservices. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Backend Developer (m/w/d) with solid C#-knowledge and enthusiasm to build scalable systems together.

Tasks

• Development and further development of backend services based on .NET Core with priority on the development and maintenance of system interfaces
• Design and implementation of APIs as well as Microservice components
• Work with databases (mainly MS SQL Server) and search technologies (Elasticsearch)
• Incorporation of messaging and caching technologies (RabbitMQ, Redis)
• Use of modern AI-supported development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, Codex) to increase efficiency in the development process
• Participation in an agile team (Scrum/Kanban) and close cooperation with frontend and DevOps
• Ensure code quality, testability, and maintainability

Qualification

Must-Have:

• Very good knowledge of C# and experience with .NET Core
• Experience in developing backend applications (e.g. APIs, services)
• Fundamentals in handling MS SQL Server or other relational databases
• Understanding or first experience with Microservice architectures

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Docker / Docker Compose; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus
• First contact with Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, or Redis
• Knowledge in Java applications
• Experience using AI-supported developer tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, Codex)
• Understanding for CI/CD and the modern DevOps approach
