Role Overview We are looking for Backend Engineers to support the growth of our e-commerce platform, mobile applications, and internal systems. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Java or Python programming languages. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements. • Develop and implement data models, APIs, and integrations to support business needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. • Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment of services. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal use. • Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and resolve defects. • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in backend development using Java or Python programming languages. • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure. • Familiarity with containerization using Docker. • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
