About the Role: We are seeking a Backend Developer Support to join our dynamic team in Mexico City. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for backend systems and applications. * Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with the development team to resolve and prevent issues. * Assist in the deployment and maintenance of backend services. * Document processes and procedures. * Participate in on-call rotations for critical issues. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in backend development and support. * Strong understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java). * Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). * Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Fluent in English and Spanish.
