Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role is a Backend Developer Mid-Level with practical experience in backend development and integration, who:
- Master C# (.NET Framework/Core) and backend application development
- Has solid knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle databases
- Is familiar with REST APIs and Entity Framework (Code First / Database First)
- Understands Java concepts and can work on mixed projects
- Has basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for simple interfaces
- Is interested in integrating and automating data flows between systems
- Has analytical thinking, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail
- Can work both independently and in a team and has good communication skills
- Is eager to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI, cloud, or containers
Advantages (not mandatory, but desired):
- Experience with AI API integration (OpenAI, Azure AI)
- Using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) in development
- Functional knowledge of Machine Learning
- Experience with cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)

Job Description
We are looking for a Backend Developer Mid-Level who will contribute to the development and integration of internal applications, with a focus on data processing and integration with existing systems (ERP, databases, APIs). The role is oriented towards business logic, integration, and optimization, not just isolated functional development.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining backend applications using C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core)
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures
- Working with Oracle databases and other relational systems
- Developing and integrating REST APIs
- Modeling data and working with Entity Framework (Code First / Database First)
- Integrating with internal systems (e.g., ERP) and automating data flows
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Collaborating with the team for delivering solutions in an efficient manner

About the Company
We were founded in 1991 with the main objective of commercializing food and non-food products through our own store in Râmnicu Vâlcea. Over time, we have expanded our chain of stores. Currently, there are 80 DIANA stores, organized in modern commercial spaces, located in each important zone of the city of Râmnicu Vâlcea, as well as in the counties of Olt, Dolj, Gorj, Argeș, and Dâmbovița. In 1997, we invested in our first own production unit for meat and meat products. The unit is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and enjoying a logistics performance, we have become one of the most active producers in the meat industry in Vâlcea County.
