Backend Developer (Kerala-Based Candidates Only)

Salary: 1.0 LPA to 3.5 LPA No.of vacancies: 1 Job Type: Full-time Location: Calicut, Kerala Note: Freshers and candidates with only internship experience are not eligible for this position. Minimum 6–12 months of hands-on professional work experience is required. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the design and development of robust, scalable Node.js applications and RESTful APIs. * Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth data flow and integration between UI and backend logic. * Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality. * Troubleshoot and debug application issues. * Implement and maintain database schemas and data models. * Ensure application security and data protection. * Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. * Minimum 6-12 months of professional experience in backend development. * Strong proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS). * Experience with RESTful API design and development. * Solid understanding of databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL). * Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha). * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
