Job description
Skill & Integration Development: Design and implement scalable integrations (APIs, services, MCP interfaces) that expose internal and external systems as reusable skills for AI agents. Execution Layer Support: Collaborate on the development and optimization of the skill execution layer, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure execution of agent-driven actions. System Integration: Connect the AI platform with business systems such as GIS data sources, valuation tools, and other enterprise applications. API & Service Design: Build and maintain clean, well-documented APIs and services that support modular and reusable architecture. Reliability & Performance: Ensure integrations are robust, observable, and performant, with proper error handling and monitoring. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI and Data Engineers within a shared backlog, contributing to end-to-end delivery rather than isolated components. Very good experience with Databricks & good experience with AzureExperience integrating backend services with Databricks and Azure environments. Familiarity with event-driven architecturesGood experience working in AI-driven environmentsBackend Development & APIs: Strong experience in building APIs and backend services (REST, event-driven architectures). System Integration: Experience integrating enterprise systems and working with external/internal APIs. Python (must) + optional other languages: Strong programming skills for building services and integrations. Distributed Systems Basics: Understanding of asynchronous processing, queues, and scalable architectures. DevOps & Terraform automation: For automation and deployment at scale IaaC and DevOps principles are importantProblem-Solving Skills: Ability to debug and resolve integration and system issues efficiently.
