Mission

As a Back Officer, you are an essential link in our Treasury department. Your mission is to ensure correct and efficient processing of payments to suppliers, P2P processes, as well as identifying and signaling anomalies. You contribute to optimizing our processes and work closely with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Payment Processing :
  - Prepare and process daily documents for supplier payments and P2P processes.
  - Maintain contact with suppliers in Dutch and French regarding financing products to facilitate payments.
• Analysis and Reporting :
  - Analyze and report discrepancies between planned and actual payments, and identify the causes.
  - Support forecasting activities (Language of work: English).
• Process Optimization :
  - Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and actively contribute to implementing new methods of work more efficient.
  - Collaborate with other departments in a dynamic environment to rationalize and harmonize processes.

Profile

• Education and Experience :
  - Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in a financial function.
  - Studies in Finance and Economics are an asset.
• Knowledge and Skills :
  - Solid knowledge of SAP, banking processes, and Excel.
  - Mastery of Dutch, French, and English (oral and written).
  - Knowledge of risk management.
