Back office insurance sector protected category art.1 law 68/99

Grafton, diversity equity and inclusion division, selects for a well-established company in the insurance sector. We are looking for a Back Office Insurance professional belonging to Protected Categories (art.1 L. 68/99) to be included in the Milan office.

The resource will be integrated into the Operations area and will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational activities related to the management of insurance cases.

Main responsibilities

• Administrative management of insurance cases;
• Data entry and updating in management systems;
• Issuance, renewal, and modification of policies;
• Support in the management of contractual documentation;
• Liaison with insurance companies, intermediaries, and clients;
• Archiving and monitoring of cases in compliance with deadlines.

Requirements

• Belonging to Protected Categories (art.1 law 68/99);
• Experience, even brief, in back office insurance or administrative activities;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
• Precision, organization, and attention to detail;
• Aptitude for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
