Back Office Employee (m/w/d) - Full-time 38.5 hours

The coffee brand Naber is a synonym for refined coffee roasting culture, which has successfully operated on the Austrian market for more than 115 years. In addition, the Schaumweinkontor, also belonging to Naber Kaffee, has established itself as a direct sales company for sparkling wines from all over Europe on the Austrian market. As part of an ongoing growth process, the team will therefore be expanded by an experienced back office employee (m/w/d) – full-time 38.5 hours for operational support of our sales teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders and invoices, as well as the maintenance of customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as order entry, invoice processing, and customer service, as well as supporting the sales team with market research and competitor analysis. In addition, the employee will be involved in the development of new business ideas and strategies to further expand the company's market presence. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration or a related field, as well as several years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office is required, as well as good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
