Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and back-office operations
• Manage and update databases using Microsoft Excel
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Process, verify, and organize business documents
• Coordinate with the Canadian team and follow international work processes
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Entry or Back Office Operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or above
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with Canadian business processes and evening/night shifts

Working Hours

2 Positions

• Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

1 Position

• Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Alternate Saturdays

• 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
