Back Office & Data Entry Representative

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Prior work experience in a similar position represents an advantage;
• Very good organizational and attention-to-detail skills;
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, MS Office software, website administration, photo and video editing;
• Knowledge of working with CRM platforms – Represents an advantage;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Prior experience in data analysis and visualization represents an advantage

• Adding new products to the website, eliminating or editing old announcements;
• Editing photos and uploading them to our internal system;
• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team;
• Providing support for any problems that may arise on the site;
• Tech support for office computers;
• Creating user accounts in different online tools and services.

• Fixed work schedule – Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM – 30-minute lunch break

• The possibility of working in an open and dynamic team;
