Smart Job Spa, Employment Agency, is seeking 1 BACK OFFICE COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEE. The resource will be responsible for: - Management of outbound calls to active customers, former customers and prospects; - Offering products or services to customers and supporting the preparation of commercial proposals - Customer loyalty and consulting assistance; - Monitoring activities through reporting; - Managing requests and resolving problems reported by potential customers; - Writing commercial documentation. Requirements: - Previous experience in a role with provenance in the aesthetic sector - hairdresser - Knowledge of English, level C1 - Good mastery of Microsoft Office - Excellent relational skills.
