COMMERCIAL BACK OFFICE

People, Permanent Division of Oggi Lavoro Spa, is looking for a client company specializing in mechanical components: COMMERCIAL BACK OFFICE The role will support the commercial team and will be responsible for managing administrative and operational activities related to the quotation, offer and sale cycle of technical components (hot-stamped and machined mechanical parts). He/she will work closely with the technical office, production and logistics to ensure an efficient and punctual customer service and will report functionally to the Sales manager of the BU of reference and hierarchically to the Sales Director. The resource will be responsible for the following activities: • Management of RFQs from Customers via email or through portals • Interface with the Technical Office to obtain missing data necessary for the development of the offer • Drafting and sending commercial offers, independently or in support of the Sales Manager, and subsequent follow-up • Management of sales orders on company ERP (SAP), from Customers via email or through portals (verification of amounts, quantities, materials, delivery times, payment terms, Incoterms) • Sending order confirmations • Coordination with production and logistics • Quarterly update of price lists • CRM and customer master data update Main requirements: • Experience in commercial offices of companies organized with Customers mainly abroad • Excellent proficiency in Excel and ERP software • Good knowledge of the English language • Relational skills typical of the commercial role Precision, reliability, autonomy and organization complete the profile.
