Job description
Risorse SpA, for a company specialized in the design, production, and marketing of machinery and equipment for the industrial sector, is looking for:
Junior Commercial Back Office
The selected resource will be responsible for:
- Management and updating of customer master data and mailing lists on CRM;
- Preparation and sending of commercial offers;
- Customer management and assistance (Italy and abroad);
- Order entry, monitoring, and management.
- Experience, even if brief, in commercial back office or customer service roles;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Good familiarity with CRM and IT tools.
Direct company employment is offered.
Working hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Calderara di Reno (BO)
Metalmeccanica Industria National Collective Bargaining Agreement - Annual Gross Salary (RAL): € 24,000 - € 26,000
