Job description
We are looking for a figure like Commercial Back Office for a textile industry client company. Responsibilities: The resource will be responsible for managing the following activities in support of the commercial network:
- Gestione ordini: insertion, monitoring and updating of customer orders.
- Supporto clienti: telephone and email assistance for information on products, availability and order status.
- Gestione anagrafiche: insertion and updating of customer and supplier data.
- Elaborazione documentazione: preparation of commercial documents (e.g. invoices, orders, etc.).
