Our client is a prestigious company operating in the production of security systems. For the expansion of their organizational chart, we have been entrusted with the selection of an/one: BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE The identified resource will be inserted within the commercial office and, under the direct supervision of the commercial manager, will take care of operational and organizational support activities, Specifically, it will handle the following activities: - Preparation of estimates - Insertion and updating of prices - Control of purchases - Management of contacts with clients and suppliers - Organization and management of appointments Requirements requested to participate in the selections: - Knowledge of the English language - Previous experience in back office activities - Good organizational skills - Use of main computer tools Place of work: Mondaino Working hours: Full-time 40h from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm Job contract type: Fixed-term employment contract in outsourcing aimed at stabilizing the employee within the company. Salary package budget: CCNL METALMECCANICA-INDUSTRIA The salary will be commensurate with the level of experience in the role.
