Back Office Commercial Foreign

Orienta Orienta Spa, subsidiary of Bologna, selects for the Zola Predosa site of an important Italian industrial group a BACK OFFICE COMMERCIAL FOREIGN. The selected resource, who has gained experience in the role in productive contexts, will be inserted within the commercial office and will be responsible for: - Management of offers and orders; - Commercial support to agents and customers; - Customer Service; - Support to departments involved in planning and shipping product; It is required: - In-depth knowledge of commercial processes and customer service; - Good digital tool usage skills (ERP, CRM systems etc.); - Fluent English language knowledge, French language knowledge will be a plus; - Technical diploma and/or degree in languages; - Previous experience in productive contexts for at least 3-5 years. It is offered: - Variable employment classification based on experience, RAL 30-33K - Final hiring aimed at indefinite-term stabilization - FT contract, from Monday to Friday, from h.8.30 to h.17.30 Sector: Metalworking industry Role: Other Type of occupation: Indefinite-term contract
