Back Office Commercial

Ali Spa Ali Spa Filiale di Cento (FE) is seeking, on behalf of a client company located in San Giovanni in Persiceto (BO), a Back Office Commercial figure. Main Responsibilities: - Order Management: Receipt, insertion, and complete management of customer orders (from system input to delivery). - Customer Contact: Manage telephone and email communications with customers for product information, availability, progress updates, and shipments. - Logistics: Coordination with the warehouse and logistics department for organizing shipments. - Offers and Quotations: Prepare and send commercial offers and quotations upon direction from sales management. ✅ Essential Requirements: - Experience: Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in Back Office, Sales Administration or Commercial Office roles. - IT: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and ERP/Gestional systems. - Languages: Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken. - Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, precision, proactivity, and communication and relational skills. ¼ What We Offer: - Initial employment contract for a temporary purpose. - Salary commensurate with experience and skills. - Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
