About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Engineer – Conversational AI to design, build, and optimize AI-powered conversational experiences. You will work on advanced chatbot and voice solutions leveraging cutting-edge NLP, Generative AI, and LLM technologies. This role requires strong backend engineering expertise combined with hands-on experience in AI/ML systems and scalable production architectures. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable conversational interfaces using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques. Develop and maintain large-scale distributed systems for real-time data processing and analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered conversational experiences into various applications, platforms, and services. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, ML, and Conversational AI technologies to continuously improve and optimize our solutions. Requirements Strong background in software development, preferably with a focus on backend engineering. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript. Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or IBM Cloud. Knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
