Position: Java Software Engineer (Backend Developer) Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time (EST) Hours) Duration: 12-month contract extensions Must Haves: - 6 years of backend development experience - Strong proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, SQL/PostgreSQL - Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Solid understanding of integration architecture and backend services - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills Plusses: - POS/Retail Experience - Triaging/trouble shooting
