Bachelor / Master Facility Management (m/f/d) I High-Tech Production Site

Successful facility service provider is looking for an ambitious and personally convincing manager* for the overall responsibility for its international customer from the semiconductor industry.

You ensure the contractually compliant operational service provision of individual services at the Berlin site. Two divisional managers (TGM and IFM) and a high-performing team will support you in this.

• Services: Technical services (TGM), building cleaning, green and grey area maintenance, winter services, transport and logistics services, helpdesk, pest control & other services

• Workplace: Berlin

• Working hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri, weekends and public holidays off)

Responsibilities

What awaits you…

• Overall responsibility for ensuring proper and smooth contract fulfillment regarding the facility serviceistungen contractually agreed upon with the customer

• Central point of contact* for all contract-related issues and concerns of the customer

• Continuous needs analysis, development, presentation, and active implementation of new, customized service solutions at the site

• Ensuring the execution of regular performance, quality, and success controls is your top priority

• The design and sustainable implementation of process optimizations are 'daily business' for you

• You bear the overall responsibility for the economic efficiency and effectiveness of the services at the site - ongoing budget control and timely initiation of effective measures in case of budget deviation, regular reporting

• Intensive personal relationship management with the customer contacts* on-site, further development of the site and proactive expansion of existing business through additional service offerings

• Responsibility for the overarching leadership and management of a high-performing team (approx. 50 employees in total, 2 'direct reports' TGM / IFM), personnel selection, deployment, onboarding, personnel development, training, and further education, etc.

Qualifications

What you bring…

• Studies / further education in the field of Facility Management, Building Management, or a comparable specialization

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable management position in building management - you have already successfully managed large properties with production environments in TGM / IFM as a property manager*, site manager*, operations manager*, facility manager*

• Practical experience in managing change processes is desirable

• Strong quality, service, and customer orientation - you are a manager* with high problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality and live the 'multiservice concept'

• Even in difficult or stressful situations, you are a 'service provider'* through and through and always keep a cool head due to your organizational skills

• You communicate proactively - understandable, convincing, and always solution-oriented at all levels, showing the necessary negotiation skills and tact when it matters

• Business management competence, affinity for numbers, strong entrepreneurial thinking and action

• As a strong leader, you are a role model for your employees, leading as a team player* always cooperatively, motivatingly, and appreciatively

• Routine handling of PCs and common MS Office applications, experience with a CAFM system is an advantage

• Very good German and good English skills spoken and written
