Baby Room Leader

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for a nurturing and experienced Baby Room Leader to join our team. As a Baby Room Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to infants aged 3-24 months. At Banana Moon, we understand the unique needs of babies and the importance of creating a secure and stimulating environment for their development. Our Baby Room Leader plays a key role in ensuring that babies receive the highest quality of care and attention during their crucial early years. This includes developing and implementing daily routines, observing and recording children's progress, and working closely with other members of the team to ensure seamless transitions between activities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality childcare and has a strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
