Aufgaben

You are the driving force behind the success of our partners. In this role, you connect excellent operational management with strategic foresight to further develop konfetti as a leading platform.

• You accompany new partners operationally during setup, optimize their profiles for maximum conversion, and ensure that they fully exploit the value of our platform from day one
• You maintain direct contact with your partners, recognize untapped potential through your business understanding, and actively drive growth and successful cooperation forward
• You use tools like HubSpot, ChatGPT, and Make to not only perform daily workflows but also automate them to make them more efficient and scalable
• In the Account Management Team, you actively participate in brainstorming sessions, develop new partner strategies together, and share best practices to continuously elevate our level
• You are the link between partners, product, and sales. You set requirements solution-oriented and ensure that valuable feedback flows directly into the further development of our platform
• You question existing processes operationally and bring proactive improvement suggestions forward to dynamically adapt our working method
• In close cooperation with the founding team, you analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities that you translate directly into operational measures and new partnership models

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree (BWL, Marketing, or Communication) or a completed vocational training in the field of B2B Account Management, Partner Onboarding, or Customer Success, ideally in a startup environment
• You have 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of B2B Account Management, Partner Onboarding, or Customer Success, preferably in a startup setting
• You are motivated and driven and want to take your career to the next level with full throttle
• You can bridge the gap between operational hands-on work and strategic building up of a company department
• You enjoy exchanging ideas with people, whether internally or externally
• Your pragmatism helps you make decisions based on data
• You are able to express yourself well in German and English
