B2B Digital Sales Specialist in Sofia - French Speaker

What the role looks like:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities via phone, email, video, and social media outreach.

• Identify relevant contacts for outreach using tools such as Sales Navigator.

• Follow all response-time SLAs and use mandatory sales cadences consistently.

• Manage and progress prospects through the sales funnel daily.

• Document all interactions with prospects and customers in CRM (Salesforce).

• Transition qualified leads to the onboarding team to support the customer journey.

• Review and report daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to help achieve sales goals.

Working hours: Mon Fri / 9:00 18:00

Start date: 3 November

Compensation:

3600 BGN gross monthly salary

2000 BGN target bonus

Relocation Package (for Sofia):

• Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months (requires e-ticket & invoice)

• 10 nights in a city center hotel (breakfast included)

• Salary advance of 1056 BGN, repaid over 3 equal monthly installments (352 BGN each) starting with your first full salary

• Advance payment processed within 5 working days after providing an active bank account to HR

Ideal profile:

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

• Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the tech or digital advertising space

• Skilled at competitive selling and winning new business

• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas

• Strong time management and ability to work independently

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools

• Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus
