The DataSmart Point Academy is an innovative education provider for Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Management, and Artificial Intelligence. We accompany students, companies, and partners in their further education in the data field, practically, professionally, and digitally.

Tasks

• Maintenance and administration of our CRM system
• Counseling and consulting of interested parties via phone, video, and email
• Coordination of appointments, courses, and students
• Support in the sales process and consulting on suitable education programs
• Independent implementation of outreach activities on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Communication and coordination with partners, companies, and educational institutions

Qualification

• German language skills at least C1 level
• Experience in administration, sales, consulting, or coordination
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Professional appearance in written and oral communication
• Structured, self-initiated work style and initiative
• Interest in education, data, and digital processes

Framework conditions
