Azure Full Stack Tech Lead – AI & Cloud Engineering

Role Description Socxo is seeking a Technical Lead proficient in Microsoft/Azure Tech Stack , who combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills to guide our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications, with a focus on AI and machine learning. Responsibilities * Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based solutions on Azure, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. * Architect and implement AI/ML solutions, integrating them with the existing platform and infrastructure. * Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements. * Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, AI, and machine learning. * Oversee and manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. * Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards and regulations. * Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap for the engineering team. Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud technologies. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to: Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). * Experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies, such as machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. * Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or Java. * Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates). * Experience with microservices architecture and API development. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate) are a plus.
