Azure DevSecOps Architect | API Management Lead

A technology consulting firm in Johannesburg is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps / Azure Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure, cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure architecture and strong DevSecOps capabilities, focusing on cloud migration and API platform modernization. Responsibilities include designing secure Azure architectures, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and managing security compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps, as well as experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Policy, and Azure Sentinel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining API management strategies, designing and implementing secure APIs using Azure API Management, and ensuring compliance with security and governance policies.
