YOUR TASKS … * Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Spark, and other relevant technologies. * Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. * Implement data quality checks, data governance, and security measures to ensure data integrity and compliance. * Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. * Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues. * Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines and related processes. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering. * Work in an agile environment and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. YOUR PROFILE… * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Azure Databricks. * Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala. * Experience with Spark, Delta Lake, and other relevant data processing technologies. * Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other Azure services. * Experience with data governance and security best practices. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
