Job description
Your Tasks
- Installation and configuration of Boardwise for multiple clients on the Azure platform
- Error resolution and solution of technical problems related to Azure services
- Collaboration with customers to understand their requirements and offer solutions
- Maintenance of documentation for installation instructions
- Ongoing improvement of deployment automation and cloud architecture
- Provision of technical support for customers as needed
- Collaboration with the internal development team on error resolution at customer site

Your Profile
Motivation gap! It's important to us that you're motivated, willing to bring your strengths, and eager to learn!
- At least 1 year experience as Azure Administrator or DevOps
- Good knowledge of Azure platforms and services. Specifically with the following services: M365/Exchange Online, Azure Web Service, Azure AD, Azure Devops Pipelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize various tasks
- Experience in providing technical support for customers
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Availability during typical EU business hours
