Azure Cloud Engineer

Tasks

• Design, Build and Operate modern Azure-Cloud-Infrastructures
• Migrate existing On-Premise-Systems to the Azure Cloud
• Automate Deployment processes (e.g. with Terraform)
• Operate, Monitor and Optimize cloud environments (Costs, Performance, Security)
• Implement Security- and Compliance-Requirements
• Closely Collaborate with the DevOps-, Development- and IT-Betriebsteam
• Support in Architecture Decisions and Cloud Strategies

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Very good knowledge of Azure IaaS & SaaS & PaaS (VMs, App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Networking); Azure AD, Identity & Access Management; Monitoring & Logging (e.g. Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Automation
• Ideal knowledge of DevOps-Tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Structured, independent work style and team spirit
• Good German and English language skills
