Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate pickup and delivery of freight to meet customer expectations
- Use pallet jacks and tailgates to load and unload freight
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other team members
- Properly secure and handle various types of cargo
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Report any issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to management
- Participate in ongoing safety and operational training programs
