Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct Pulse Diagnosis (pulse diagnosis)
Prescribe Ayurvedic Medicine and explain in detail about the intake dose, duration of usage, and other specific guidelines including diet if needed.
Prescribe Panchakarma treatment as per patient's requirements.
Maintain proper history of patients and fill case history and relevant information as per NABH requirement in our inhouse CRM software AYUR HMS.
Instruct therapists to recognize specific need of patients while doing therapy and address it; along with getting necessary feedback from therapists.
Supervise treatments done by therapists regularly.
Help therapist in case any technical clarifications are needed.
Attend inpatient department on daily basis to assess condition and prognosis of patient admitted.
Promote Pulse Diagnosis and Panchakarma at respective centers.
Briefing about Ayurveda, Panchakarma Therapies to Guests/patients coming to consultation.
Delivering talks on Ayur Jagruti to bring awareness in general public about Ayurveda and Panchakarma.
To be updated with all therapies and programs offered.
To follow principles and values of the organization.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager/supervisor/HoDs/General Manager/Vice President.
