Junior Production Assistant

In 011h, professionals from design, construction and software work collaboratively in a dynamic, ambitious and sustainability-oriented environment. Currently, we are developing projects in Spain, with prospects for internationalization in the short and medium term.

We are looking to incorporate a Junior Production Assistant, through a convention with the university, to provide support to the Production team during the execution phase of the project. The selected person will learn and collaborate in the management of productive operations, actively participating in the tracking of deadlines, quality, safety and economic control, always accompanied by senior professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain a global vision of industrialized and sustainable construction projects.

• Support in planning and organization of the execution phase of the project.
• Collaborate in tracking deadlines, milestones and progress according to the established schedule.
• Provide support in coordinating activities, resources and teams on site.
• Participate in controlling the quality of work and compliance with safety regulations.
• Learn and progressively implement the Lean Construction methodology, using tools such as Last Planner System and Takt Time Planning.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Production team in necessary tasks until project completion and delivery.
• Support in weekly economic tracking, partial certifications and cost control of the work.
• Participate in tasks related to Post-Construction.

• University student of Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Building, Roads, Architecture or similar).
• Possibility of signing a practicum agreement with the university.
• Interest in construction, project management and sustainability.
• Desire to learn, proactive attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Valuable interest or basic knowledge in Lean Construction and digital environments.

Requirements

What we need from you:

• In the process of obtaining a degree in, technical architecture, superior engineering or technical with a specialization in construction, or similar.

• Basic level Excel proficiency.

• Knowledge in using budgeting applications (TCQ, Autocad, Bim etc.) and project planning (MProject, etc.).

• User of CAD and BIM.

• Knowledge in wood construction or prefabrication.
