Kitchen Assistant - 3300078

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant for our client, a Gastropub in Mlaga Este.

Functions:

• To assist in the preparation and elaboration of dishes according to recipes and established standards.
• To perform cleaning and organization of the kitchen and utensils.
• To ensure the quality and presentation of dishes before being served.
• To collaborate in inventory management and supply orders.
• To maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.

Profile required:

• Prior experience in a similar position in restaurants or gastropubs.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and basic skills for cutting and preparing food.
• Pasión for gastronomy and willingness to learn and grow in the sector.
• Able to work as part of a team and under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating hours and weekends.
