Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant (male/female). This position is fundamental to ensure that daily operations run efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

• Support in food preparation following recipes and established standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order in the kitchen, dining area, and common areas.
• Attend to the needs of kitchen staff and service during peak hours.
• Perform basic kitchen activities such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
• Handle and store products safely and properly.
• Restock workstations with necessary supplies and materials.
• Aid in packaging and delivery of food for take-out or delivery service.
• Comply with established protocols for hygiene and food safety by the company.

• Education: Minimum required education (secondary completed or equivalent).
• Experience: No prior experience required, although experience in kitchen or food service is desirable.
• Knowledge and Skills:
  • Servant attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work as a team member and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to follow instructions and established procedures.
  • Commitment to cleanliness and order.
  • Availability to work rotating hours, weekends, and holidays.

Monthly Salary: $8,500 - $11,000 depending on skills
