Kitchen Assistant - Cold Line

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Kitchen Assistant, key to ensuring that daily operations run efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation of food following recipes and standards.

• Maintain the cleanliness and order in kitchen, dining area, and common areas.

• Attend to the needs of kitchen staff and service during peak hours of high demand.

• Perform basic kitchen activities: washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.

• Handle and store products in a safe and proper manner.

• Restock workstations with necessary supplies and materials.

• Aid in the packing and delivery of food for take-out or delivery service.

• Comply with hygiene and food safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Secondary education completed or equivalent.

• Experience: No experience required, although previous experience in kitchen or food service is valued.

• Servant attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a team environment and in a fast-paced setting.

• Capacity to follow instructions and established procedures.

• Commitment to cleanliness and order.

• Availability to work in rotating hours, weekends, and holidays.
