Job description
The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for food preparation and production.
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Prepares the foods under their responsibility, assists the cook in preparing specialties of the day.
- Experience in Cold Kitchen, Hot Kitchen, volume preparation
- Maintains a clean workspace and utensils at all times.
- Aids in food assembly.
- Takes inventory.
- Bring foods from the storage room.
