Job description
Kitchen assistant sought for incorporation into a hotel complex located in Crevillent (Alicante). Usual tasks include support in the preparation of ingredients, such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, meats, and fish, the preparation of simple dishes and basic sauces under supervision, as well as the maintenance and cleaning of the work area, machinery, utensils, and crockery, always respecting health and safety regulations. Also included is the organization and proper storage of raw materials in cold rooms and pantries, in addition to teamwork to maintain order and speed during service hours. To apply for the position, it is necessary to have a minimum demonstrable experience of six months, possess a valid food handler's certificate, and have your own vehicle to travel to the workplace. The contract is permanent-seasonal, with a full-time 40-hour week, two rotating days off per week, and salary according to the collective agreement.
