Waiter Assistant - Único Hotel Madrid 5*

Mission:
At Hotel Único Madrid, we are selecting a waiter assistant, who will play a fundamental role in the prestigious culinary experience offered by our establishment. They will work closely with the floor team to ensure impeccable and memorable service for our discerning diners. Responsibilities: * Assist the waitstaff: Collaborate with the floor staff, including the Maître d' and waiters, to provide high-quality service. * Help with table preparation and setting, ensuring they are adequately prepared and decorated for the clients. * Attend to diners: Be responsible for greeting clients, escorting them to their tables, and providing them with the menu. * Collaborate in taking orders: Take diners' orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring you understand their preferences and dietary restrictions. * Maintain cleanliness: Participate in cleaning and organizing the work area, including preparing the necessary utensils for service. * Provide recommendations: Develop a thorough knowledge of the dishes and wines offered in the restaurant, to be able to advise and recommend clients according to their preferences. What do we need from you? * Education: ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education). * Intermediate-high English level. * Experience in the F&B floor area. * Excellent communication skills. * Very good teamwork.
